CUT-N-EDG Lawn Services Cancellation Policy
At CUT-N-EDG Lawn Services, we understand that schedules can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. To ensure smooth operations and fairness for both our clients and team, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Standard Service Cancellations
- Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service without penalty.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
- If our team arrives at your property and is unable to perform the service due to locked gates, pets, or other obstructions (including but not limited to children's toys, pet waste, above ground irrigation systems ect...) a trip fee of $25 will be charged.
Recurring Service Cancellations:
Clients receiving weekly or bi-weekly services must provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the next scheduled service to avoid charges.
Failure to provide timely notice may result in a charge for the missed service.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
If inclement weather prevents us from servicing your property, we will reschedule at the next available time without penalty.
We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of a weather-related delay.
Seasonal or Permanent Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel recurring services permanently, we request at least 7 days’ notice before your next scheduled visit.
Failure to provide notice may result in a final service charge before cancellation takes effect.
Refund Policy
Prepaid services are non-refundable but may be credited toward future services if applicable.
